FACTORY NORTH

We are Factory North. We are front-of-the-house people, artists, musicians, food-lovers, nerds, entrepreneurs and problem solvers. Our various backgrounds drive our inspiration. Maybe it’s just us, but work without enjoyment seems pretty pointless. That’s why getting to know our clients is so important to us, and why we feel invested in their success. At the end of the day, we sincerely believe in what our clients are putting out in the world.

Darsey Landoe

Darsey Landoe works as a designer, wordsmith and occasional photographer for non-profit organizations. She uses story-telling as the basis for compelling non-profit design work, to connect supporters to the deep mission of an organization, aligning them with a tribe of others with shared values.

Darsey is interested in the fine line that distinguishes when designers’ work for non-profit should be pro-bono or paid. Understanding this boundary, and its effect on both designer and non-profit, leads to enduring relationships that benefit both parties.
